Joseph is the Assistant Director of Housing Operations at ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ. He has more than 20 years of experience working within and managing facility operations across two sectors, academia and health care. Joseph grew up amid the farming industry and agriculture. He also managed his family convenience store until he left for college. Joseph used his knowledge of the industry during his time at Louisiana State University, which transformed him in his dedication to CPFM.
As the Assistant Director of Housing Operations, he is responsible for custodial and maintenance teams for the residential campus. Joseph enjoys the concept of autonomy - allowing staff to create and maintain a streamline of effective leadership through success and failures. He enjoys ensuring that the ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ campus environment is maintained at a high level to provide an inspiring educational, research and residential experience for students, faculty, staff and visitors alike.
When away from campus, Joseph relaxes by catering to his family along with his Siberian Huskies, cooking Creole cuisines and listening to jazz music.
