Apply for Executive Leadership Development Experience scholarship

ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ Weatherhead School of Management’s Executive Leadership Development Experience (ELDE) is now accepting applications for its next five-month cohort—a transformative program designed to advance the leadership of Black professionals while welcoming all who are committed to inclusive excellence.

Offered through the Weatherhead School’s Executive Education program, ELDE combines experiential learning, executive coaching and peer collaboration to help participants deepen self-awareness, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and expand their impact across organizations and communities.

Built around the five levels of leadership framework—leading self, others, teams, organizations, and within the community—ELDE aims to provide a holistic foundation for sustained growth and advancement.

Through the continued partnership of Provost Joy Ward and Weatherhead Executive Education, two Provost’s Scholarships are available for eligible CWRU staff or faculty to join the 2026 cohort.

To be considered eligible, applicants must have a minimum of 10 years of professional work experience and at least five years in a leadership or supervisory role.

Those interested in the program must submit an application by Friday, Dec. 19.
