Participate in a research study on a toolkit to combat stress and boost resilience
What: An initial 15-minute online survey, followed by self-paced online modules (up to 1 hour) to learn stress reduction, work relationship and emotional expression skills, followed by a brief follow-up report and another 15-minute online survey.
