Saturday, January 20th – Tamales Food Demo 11:00AM to 1:00PM at the Coit Road Farmers Market (15000 Woodworth Rd., East Cleveland, OH 44110)
This isn't your standard tamale demo. There will be no masa harina. We will be making all the masa from scratch using organic corn and showing a couple of options for grinding it. This will be a hands-on demo where everyone will help assemble them like a traditional tamale party and everyone will get to bring some home.
