The Cuyahoga County Citizens’ Advisory Council on Equity will host three Community Conversations on Structural Racism throughout the month of October. Held virtually, these sessions will be held:

  • : 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
  • : 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.
  • : 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

During the conversations, members of the community are invited to discuss several questions with the support of a facilitator. Among the questions covered will include how participants and their families are impacted by racism, how racism impacts four areas the council plans to address (quality of life, health care, criminal justice and economic opportunity), and what changes participants would like to see on those topics.
