Crain’s Cleveland Business: ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ and the Cleveland Museum of Art have planned a new public green space at the corner of East Boulevard and Bellflower Road, called East Bell Commons. The space is an interim measure while the university and museum consider the best way to use the space long-term.
