The Eldred Theater 2016-17 Season continues with performances of High Fidelity Nov. 11-13 and 18-20.
The show, by David Lindsay-Abaire, Amanda Green and Tom Kitt, follows Rob, an obsessive music geek and record store owner whose long-term girlfriend unexpectedly dumps him. As he examines his “Top Five” list of failed relationships in the hope of finding clues to help win her back, it’s not clear if he can really learn to love another person as much as he loves pop music.
David Vegh, assistant professor of theater, will direct the show, with musical direction by Jordan Cooper.
Shows will be held Nov. 11, 12, 18 and 19 at 7:30 p.m., and Nov. 13 and 20 at 3 p.m.
Ticket prices are as follows:
- Students with ID: $5
- Adults 60+ and CWRU faculty/staff: $7
- General admission: $10
