Politico:Victor Flatt, the Coleman P. Burke Chair in Environmental Law and the associate director of the Burke Center for Environmental Law, discussed a request by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for the chance to revisit a set of smog control regulations blocked by the Supreme Court earlier this summer. “That is probably a smart move on their part in terms of moving things along more quickly,” he said. “Everybody knows what’s at stake, everybody knows the issue, it’s simply about the severability [of the rule].”
