Associated Press: The Cleveland Museum of Natural History built the PNC SmartHome Cleveland, a $500,000 environmentally friendly house in University Circle without a furnace or air conditioner. In October, the house will be sold as a private residence and moved to overlook the athletic fields of ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ. The city councilman said the university is one of the reasons the area will be attractive to potential buyers.
