Fall Convocation will be held at Severance Hall Aug. 31 beginning at 4:30 p.m., and faculty members are encouraged to take part in the procession. If you intend to participate in the faculty procession, please register . Please know that those who walk in this procession must wear proper academic regalia. If you need to rent regalia, please send your to the bookstore as soon as possible.
Faculty marching in the academic procession do not require tickets for themselves, but all other guests should or through the Severance Hall box office at 216.231.1111.
During convocation, this year’s Distinguished University Professors will be honored, and there will be a keynote address by Michael Sandel, Harvard professor and author of Justice: What’s the Right Thing to Do?
