Evan Harris, a junior finance major, took first place and received a $2,500 prize for his 90-second elevator pitch at the Burton D. Morgan Foundation's PITCH U competition Oct. 3.
Prince Ghosh, a first-year student, finished in second place, receiving $1,000, and Nathan Swift, a graduate student in the Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Programs for physics, was awarded $500 for his third-place finish.
Those who missed the first PITCH U competition can register for the Nov. 7 event, which will be held at ÐÓ°ÉÊÓÆµ.
Those who enter will have the opportunity to take home prize money, meet investors and learn how to pitch,
