The health of a team can aid in determining its success or failure. Find out more about leading a good team and strategies on improving teams at “Leading a Healthy Team,” a two-part workshop to be held Tuesday, May 6, and Tuesday, June 10, from 1 to 4:30 p.m. at Crawford Hall, room 209.
Lisa Board-McShepard, training analyst in the Department of Human Resources, will facilitate the event.
