The Washington Post: Peter Shulman, associate professor of history, weighed in on the inaccuracy of conservative author Dinesh D’Souza’s tweet claiming that a picture of KKK members were marching at the 1924 Democratic National Convention. Instead, Shulman explained, the picture was of KKK members marching to the 1924 funeral of a police officer in Madison, Wisconsin.
