, a program that supports older adults who wish to remain living independently at home, is sponsoring a workshop highlighting memory fitness and practical tips for successfully mitigating the effects of cognitive decline. It will be held July 24 at Judson Manor, 1890 E 107th St, Cleveland, from 10 a.m. to noon, with lunch immediately after. Reservations are required and space is limited. The workshop will be led by Kathy Kilpatrick of Connections in Communication. Kathy is a well-regarded Memory Fitness coach and has presented widely and worked with many individuals in her 30+ years of experience in the field. She will present research findings, provide practical information and lead activities during the two hour workshop.
