An article by Juliet Kostritsky, Everett D. & Eugenia S. McCurdy Professor of Contract Law, will be published as a book chapter by Cambridge University Press. The article, “Default Rules for Interpretation Should Not be Left to Party Choice: Solving Real Life Problems Requires Rejecting the Party Choice in Favor of a Judicial Rule of Interpretation,” will be part of the book Commercial Contract Law: A Transatlantic Perspective.
