Law’s Matt Rossman weighs in on court ruling sparing Cleveland homes near Cleveland Hopkins International Airport

cleveland.com: Matt Rossman, professor of law, discussed a case centered on a 2001 agreement requiring Cleveland to buy and demolish homes near Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. He said enforcing that deal now would create “a patchwork of vacant lots and standing homes,” harming property values. Rossman, who testified on behalf of the City of Cleveland, called the ruling “good news” for residents.
