Law's Michael Benza talks challenges in prosecution case
WKYC: Michael Benza, professor of practice at the School of Law, said prosecutions involving young children are extremely rare, noting Ohio has no set minimum age. He said the main challenge will be proving the children’s competency to stand trial, calling it “really difficult” and describing a recent, specific case as “an outlier.”
