The Nutrition Department is offering a new course open to all students. Case Cooks Ethnic Eats is a unique way to gain knowledge of foreign cuisine, while developing students cooking skills. In a world as connected as ours, wouldn't it be fun to learn about other cultures through food? Something as simple as food can serve as a link from our culture to ethnicities around the world. This half-semester class focuses on experiencing cultural diversity through delicious and exotic flavors while also sharing healthy, simple, budget friendly cooking methods. Each week we'll explore a different region of the world including Africa, South America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East and sample their cultures from plate to plate.
