The ÐÓ°ÉÊÓÆµ Social Justice Institute and Inamori International Center for Ethics and Excellence will present events in observance of the United Nations’ World Social Justice Day.
On Friday, Feb. 21, at 7 p.m. in Clark Hall 309, there will be a screening of Dying to Leave, a film that chronicles the worldwide boom in illegal migration and human trafficking. The doors open at 6:30 p.m. Refreshments will be provided.
On Saturday, Feb. 22, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in Clark Hall 206, the campus community is invited to join two discussions about exploitation: "Modalities of Labor Exploitation" and "Trafficking: Voices, Frames and Strategies." A continental breakfast will be provided.
