Learn how to make a home rain barrel and rain garden on Thursday, April 10, from 3 to 5 p.m. in Adelbert Gym.
The informational session will be taught by representatives from the Cuyahoga County Soil and Water Conservation District and the Doan Brook Partnership.
The event's schedule is as follows:
Rain barrels kits must be purchased for $60 by Friday, April 4. This purchase is not necessary for attending and observing how to construct a rain barrel. Please note: If you commit to purchasing a rain barrel but for cannot make the actual workshop, you still will be obligated to pay the $60 kit fee and pick up your rain barrel kits.

- 2:45-3 p.m.: Check-in at Adelbert Gym
- 3-3:45 p.m.: Intro Workshop Content for Rain Garden and Rain Barrel Tracks at Adelbert Gym
- 3:45-5 p.m.: Rain Garden and Rain Barrel tracks split-off; "Rain Garden" attendees will head across campus to the Juniper Road site, and "Build Your Own Rain Barrel "attendees stay on site in Adelbert Gym
