Students from the School of Dental Medicine provided free dental care to more than 200 people as part of the annual Admitting Days dental clinic at ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ on Sept. 17 and 18.
More than 80 third- and fourth-year students and residents participated in the clinics each day, under the supervision of faculty.
Anyone at least 18 years old who has never enrolled as a patient at the dental clinic could receive a free dental exam, free X-rays and optional cleaning for $25 during Admitting Days and receive a $100 voucher toward future dental services as part of an accepted treatment plan.
Following X-rays and the exam, the clinic scheduled each patient’s next appointment aimed at crafting a personalized, detailed treatment plan.
