The Conner Integrative Medicine Network will offer a four-week series of Meditation 101 courses at University Hospitals Case Medical Center. The ongoing class is open to everyone for $60 but is offered to ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ and University Hospitals employees at a discounted rate ($40).
Classes are held in four-week sessions either on Wednesdays from 5 to 6 p.m. from Jan. 11-March 28, or on Fridays, noon-1 p.m., Jan. 13-March 30. All classes will be held in Bolwell B.
