Student Activities and Leadership is seeking staff and faculty coaches for the Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) for the fall semester. This role offers the chance to mentor first-year students as they transition to ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ and step into leadership roles. Coaches will meet with their ELP coaches three times this fall for semi-structured discussions.
Coaches will also be invited to key ELP events (all held from 3 to 5 p.m.):
- ELP Mixer on Sept. 6;
- ELP Capstone Presentation on Nov. 22; and
- ELP Graduation Ceremony on Dec. 6.
