Devin Burke, a PhD candidate in ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ’s musicology program, won the outstanding student paper award at the recent Society for Eighteenth Century Music/Haydn Society of North America, Sixth Biennial Conference.
Burke earned the honor for his paper, “The Triumph of the Animated Statue on the Eighteenth-Century Musical Stage.â€
