NTRN 310: Understanding Plant-Based Diets in Health and Disease

This 3-credit course presents a holistic understanding of plant-based diets in human health, including influence on disease risk, as well as controversies and confusion associated with these plant-based diets. Students will also learn how to plan budget-friendly, easy-to-prepare plant-based diets.

NTRN 310 will be offered for the first time during the summer 2021 8-week session via remote-synchronous delivery. The class meets MTWTh 10:30-11:50 a.m. Eastern.

Registration via SIS for summer 2021 is currently open for both graduate and undergraduate students.
