Nutrition's Lindsay Malone shares her food favorites: coffee and eggs

MediumLindsay Malone, registered dietitian and an instructor in the Department of Nutrition at the School of Medicine, shared two of her favorite things to consume: coffee, a great antioxidant, and eggs. “Eggs are high in protein, a good source of omega-3 fats and vitamin D,” she said.
