One to One Fitness to offer three-week weightlifting workshop

Weightlifting Workshop | One to One Fitness 3-Week Program Mon/Weds 5-6pm or Tues/Thurs 11:30-12:30pm Barbell and strength sports are on the rise. This technical workshop is designed for novice/beginner lifters who have a desire to learn the basic technical elements of the snatch and clean and jerk. The class will meet twice a week for three weeks, and will walk participants through the technical elements of these movements from the ground up, focusing on proper positioning and an emphasis on the fundamentals of each lift. The small group nature of this class will foster an environment of personal attention and encouragement, with the hope for developing an appreciation for weightlifting as a sport all it's own.
