PhD student’s paper wins first place in national polymer research award competition

A paper by PhD student Mohamed Baqar recently won first place in the third annual Excellence in Thermoset Polymer Research Awards. Baqar, a doctoral student in the Departments of Chemical Engineering and Macromolecular Science and Engineering, won for his paper, ".” Baqar will present his paper at the Thermoset Resin Formulators Association’s 10th annual meeting in Orlando, Fla., Oct. 28–30.
