PRCHN Seminar: Nourishing Beginnings

Nourishing Beginnings is a countywide program that links Medicaid-eligible pregnant individuals with community health workers who assess and address the social needs of their clients. For those eligible, the program tests two different models of food access (food delivery and financial assistance with personalized navigation). This project aims to support pregnant people by connecting them to fresh, nutritious foods during pregnancy and the postpartum period.

Members of the ÐÓ°ÉÊÓÆµ community can learn more about Nourishing Beginnings during a (PRCHN) seminar Wednesday, Feb. 8, from noon to 1 p.m. via Zoom.
