All staff and faculty who have been in a supervisory role at the university for two or more years are invited to participate in a year-long, strengths-based approach to advanced leadership development. An all-day orientation session to kick off the program will be held Thursday, April 2, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Crawford Hall, Room 209. Registration for the program must be completed by March 27.
The orientation is the first part of a program that includes monthly networking lunches, training, and more. Before the orientation event, all registered participants will be sent a link to a strengths assessment to be completed before attending orientation.
