School of Law's Hannah Christ discusses appellate court ruling on expungement drug tests
cleveland.com: Hannah Christ, fellow at the Social Justice Law Center at the School of Law, discussed the ruling of an appellate court that found a local judge exceeded her authority by requiring drug tests for expungement seekers. Christ called the practice virtually unheard of. “Not once have I had a judge request that our clients pass a drug screening for any reason in order to have their case expunged,” she said.
