Members of the ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ community can participate in virtual Sustained Dialogue Moderator Training Saturday, Sept. 26, or Sunday, Sept. 27, from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Individuals only need to sign up for one session.

Sustained Dialogue brings together individuals from diverse backgrounds to discuss diversity and inclusion issues as well as campus issues of concern. Sustained Dialogue groups make recommendations on ways to improve the campus experience and present their proposals to university leadership. The program gives participants an opportunity to meet others and make a positive change on campus.

The training is mandatory for those wishing to moderate a Sustained Dialogue group this academic year. The session also will benefit those who would like to learn more about the Sustained Dialogue Program or sharpen their skills to facilitate critical conversations in the classroom or within organizations and/or offices and departments.

The training is free and open to all CWRU staff, students and faculty.
