The Educational Services for Students department is seeking undergraduate student volunteers for a Conversation Partners program for the fall 2012 semester.
The program will match native speakers of English with non-native speaking graduate and professional students to provide language support and a cultural exchange. Volunteers will assist a graduate student facilitator by participating in scheduled conversational English groups with students from various professional schools across the CWRU campus.
Benefits to volunteers include learning about another culture, engaging in a volunteer experience, learning and practicing teaching skills, and offering friendship to a person from another culture.
Students interested in volunteering should contact Rhonda Moore at rhonda.moore@case.edu or 368.3790 by May 18.
