The Connor Integrative Medicine Network at University Hospitals will offer its yoga classes at a discounted price for ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ employees, students and volunteers. And, for the months of November and December, participants can attend their first class for free.
The hatha yoga class, held Tuesdays from 6 to 7 p.m. in Lerner Tower 2060, focuses on building strength and flexibility through a variety of yoga poses.
The gentle hatha yoga class, held Thursdays from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. in Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital Community Room, incorporates breathing and meditative practices along with standing, seated and reclining poses.
All four-week series are $40 for ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ employees (must be used within three months of purchase) or $15 for a single class drop-in.
