From there the individual can select and complete the appropriate form(s), then click “submit.” Supervisors are encouraged to post this information regarding voluntary self-identification to ensure that employees are aware of the option is available to individuals, whether or not they regularly check their university email accounts. Although the university periodically invites employees to self-identify, employees may update their disability and/or veteran status at any time using the HCM system.
