Professional Woman’s Magazine: Kathleen Buse, adjunct professor at the Weaterhead School of Management, wrote about how women often come up against “benevolent sexism,” meaning that many well-intentioned bosses assume that a woman must choose between her career and family. She explained how her experiences contributed to the creation of the Weatherhead School of Management’s Women in Manufacturing program, to help women develop leadership skills in the manufacturing industry.
