Early arrival athletes
You will receive an email from your coach with specific move-in instructions. You do not need to sign up for a move-in time.
Students arriving from outside of the United States
International and non-domestic US students can check-in on Friday, August 15 between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. Eastern at the North Area Office in Wade Commons. You do not need to sign up for a move-in time.
Official move-in day: Sunday, August 17
First-year student move-in will take place on Sunday, August 17 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Eastern.
Starting on July 31 at 7 p.m. Eastern, students will need to sign up for a 60-minute time slot on , under MyAssignments, on their fall housing assignment. It is essential that you move in only during your time slot as we are managing the heavy traffic patterns around the first-year residence halls. You may also choose to participate in our Early Drop-Off process on Saturday, August 16.
New transfer students do not need to sign up for a move-in time. However, new transfer students will need to check-in and pick up their CaseOneCard at the Maltz Performing Arts Center between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Eastern on August 17.
