Crime: Rape

Location of incident: Triangle Apartments, Building 1

Date of incident: July 4, 2025

Time of incident: Approximately 11 p.m.

Date/time reported: July 5, 2025; 12:24 a.m.

Incident description: The victim, who is a student, reported that she ordered food delivery and, after buzzing the driver into the building to make the delivery, the driver entered the victim’s apartment and sexually assaulted her.

Suspect description: The suspect is described as a man of Middle Eastern or South Asian descent, approximately 5’10” and average build. He was seen on security camera footage wearing a gray sweatshirt, gray sweatpants and flip-flops.
