Reviewing Degree Candidates

The university will award degrees on May 16, 2025. Before this date, you can review your degree candidates in one of these ways:

  • In the DAC by clicking the Exp Grad Term column. Expected grad terms are sorted alphabetically, not chronologically, so look for Spring 2025 in this column. The Grad Status column will let you know if they applied to graduate in this term.
  • In the by navigating to CWRU Analytics >Explore >SIS - Student Records >Degree/Certificate Candidates.

On or after May 16, most of you will no longer see your graduates in the DAC or through the Student Services Center in SIS, but you can still view them:

  • In the by navigating to CWRU Analytics >Explore >SIS - Student Records >Awarded Degrees/Certificates.

 

Finding GPAs

Need to quickly find the cumulative GPA for one or all of your students, for example, for rankings or awards?

From your DAC:

  • Click on the Additional Info tab to see the column Career Cum GPA.
  • Sort students by GPA by clicking the Career Cum GPA header once to sort in ascending order.
  • Click it again to sort in descending order. (The DAC grid can be sorted on any column by clicking the header.)

Want to save this data as a spreadsheet? Click the icon to Download to Excel. Save the file to your computer and open it in Excel.

 

Past Graduates Report

Looking for an easy way to see which of your students have recently graduated? We have a report for you in the university's data portal!

To access this report:

  • Go to .
  • Log in if you're not already logged in to Single Sign-On (SSO).
  • Select CWRU Analytics.
  •  Choose the folder SIS - Student Records and the workbook Awarded Degrees/Certificates.
  • Within the workbook, you'll find the report Awarded Degrees/Certificates.
  • Use the filters on the left to narrow your results by completion term, academic plan, degree, and more.

Need counts of the number of graduates over a period of time? E.g., how many PhDs has your department awarded in the last 10 years? Try >General Institutional >Degrees >Degrees by Plan.
