Join us as we discuss findings from the neighborhood-level community health needs assessment (CHNA) focused on the Buckeye, Central, and Kinsman neighborhoods of Cleveland. A CHNA is a process that collects insights and perspectives from residents to inform the stakeholders and changemakers about the broader health needs and priorities of a community. Attendees will learn about this community-engaged partnership and process, learn about the health priorities of residents living in these communities, and discuss opportunities to take action on these priorities.
