Molly Egan

Molly Egan is a recent graduate of ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ’s School of Engineering, where she earned her B.S.E. in Chemical Engineering. She is now pursuing her MBA at the Weatherhead School of Management, with the goal of leveraging her engineering background to advance sustainable business practices and operations. Her professional experience spans research, operations, and sustainability, including serving as a ThinkEnergy Fellow with the Great Lakes Energy Institute in partnership with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, where she worked on large-scale innovations in nuclear energy.

After graduating from CWRU in 2024, Molly worked as studio manager at BODYBAR Pilates in Venice, FL where she led a team of five employees, ensuring smooth daily operations while overseeing membership sales, scheduling, and customer service. She also designed and implemented marketing strategies to strengthen community outreach and engagement. Through this experience, she has built a strong foundation in leadership, organizational management, and strategic decision-making that she hopes to continue building during her MBA career.

She is especially excited to continue this work as a Fowler Family Fellow with the Fowler Center for Business as an Agent of World Benefit, where she looks forward to collaborating with the team to promote sustainable business practices, expand community partnerships, and support the center's mission.

Outside of her academic and professional pursuits, Molly enjoys reading, practicing pilates, and spending time with her cat, Sir Purrs.
