Kristin Errett is a Doctor of Business Administration student and Fowler Center Fellow at the Weatherhead School of Management, ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ. With over 25 years of experience leading large-scale technology initiatives across industries, Kris' research explores how businesses can drive innovation responsibly, ensuring that digital transformation aligns with environmental sustainability goals.
Kristin's work focuses on identifying the systemic barriers that prevent businesses from fully harnessing the transformative power of technology in a sustainable manner. He is particularly interested in understanding how even well-intentioned digital initiatives can have unintended environmental consequences, such as rebound effects, where efforts to optimize energy use inadvertently lead to increased production and total consumption. By uncovering the root causes of these issues, Kristin aims to develop frameworks that empower organizations to make informed technology adoption decisions.
As a Fowler Center Fellow, Kristin seeks to position himself as a change agent, fostering collaboration between industry stakeholders to drive positive environmental impact through responsible digital innovation. His research aligns with the Center's mission of creating a world where businesses thrive, individuals prosper, and the environment flourishes.
Kristin holds an MBA from Fordham University and an MS in Project Management from The George Washington University. Through his work, he is committed to bridging the gap between technological advancement and environmental responsibility, contributing to a more sustainable future.
