Anna O’Connell, a graduate student of the ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ Historical Performance Practice program, performs her DMA recital in Harkness Chapel.

By examining one of the preeminent musicians of the early fourteenth centuries, Heinrich von Meissen called Frauenlob, we can trace the transmission of musical ideas in late medieval German monophonic song within sacred and secular arenas.
