Students at Case School of Engineering don’t just learn about research findings—they’re an essential part of the research enterprise. Research in Action

Anirban Sen Gupta joined CWRU for its collaborative interdisciplinary environment to house his research on biosynthetic blood to treat excessive bleeding. His laboratory has grown from two undergraduate and two master’s students to a mid-sized biopharmaceutical company.
