Rick Bischoff
Vice President for Enrollment ManagementRick Bischoff has served as Vice President for Enrollment Management at ÐÓ°ÉÊÓÆµ since November 2009. In this role, he oversees a comprehensive portfolio that includes undergraduate admission, financial aid, enrollment operations, strategic enrollment marketing, and new student orientation.
Under Rick’s leadership, ÐÓ°ÉÊÓÆµ has seen remarkable growth in student interest and enrollment. First-year applications have increased by more than 300% since 2009, and undergraduate enrollment has grown by over 50%. At the same time, the academic profile of incoming students has continued to rise, reflecting both increased selectivity and broader reach.
Before joining ÐÓ°ÉÊÓÆµ, Rick was Director of Admissions at the California Institute of Technology (Caltech) from 2004 to 2009. During his tenure, Caltech saw a 60% increase in applications and achieved record enrollments across many key enrollment priorities. He has also held senior admissions roles at the University of Chicago and Macalester College.
A recognized leader in the field, Rick is a frequent presenter at national and regional conferences, where he speaks on enrollment trends, the strategic use of data and technology, and the evolving landscape of college admissions. He also regularly visits high schools across the country to speak with students and families about the college search process, selective admissions, and application strategy.
Rick earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Macalester College and an MBA in Information Systems from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.Bob McCullough
Dean of Undergraduate AdmissionBob McCullough was named Assistant Vice President for Enrollment, Dean of Undergraduate Admission in January of 2017, having previously served as director of Undergraduate Admission at ÐÓ°ÉÊÓÆµ since 2009.
Bob began his career at CWRU as an undergraduate admission counselor in 1997 and served in various positions, including director of marketing and communications for undergraduate admission. From 2006 to 2009 he served as dean of admission at Ursinus College.
A ÐÓ°ÉÊÓÆµ alumnus, Bob earned his Bachelor of Arts majoring in English with minors in chemistry and dance, and Master of Business Administration from CWRU’s Weatherhead School, concentrating in marketing.
Mike Collins
Director of Financial AidMike Collins began a dedicated career in higher education after first exploring professional opportunities in pharmaceutical formulation. He joined the Office of Undergraduate Admission at ÐÓ°ÉÊÓÆµ as an admission counselor before transitioning in 2012 to the Office of University Financial Aid, where he previously worked as a student employee.
A lifelong Clevelander and a ÐÓ°ÉÊÓÆµ alumnus, Mike earned his Bachelor of Arts in chemistry with a minor in history. During his time as a student, Mike played varsity football, sang in the gospel choir, and was involved in a variety of other groups and organizations.
He is committed to helping demystify financial aid for families by educating them on the tools and processes available. His goal is to help students situate themselves for success during and after their time at CWRU.
Kristie Lillibridge
Director of Enrollment OperationsKristie Lillibridge has nearly 15 years of experience in university financial aid and has served as Director of Enrollment Operations at ÐÓ°ÉÊÓÆµ since 2015. Previously, she served 10 years as a member of the Office of University Financial Aid as manager of student finance and loans and as associate director of student services. Prior to joining CWRU, she was a financial aid counselor at Baker College in Flint, Mich.
Kristie earned an MBA from ÐÓ°ÉÊÓÆµ and a Bachelor of Education in community health from the University of Toledo.
