Study abroad risk management training sessions for faculty-led programs

The Office of Education Abroad's top priority is to ensure that faculty and students are safe on ÐÓ°ÉÊÓÆµ study abroad programs. It is important for faculty members taking students abroad to know how to minimize risks and manage crisis while on a study abroad program.

Faculty can learn more about keeping students safe while abroad at any of the upcoming risk management training sessions:

  • Tuesday April 16, from 3:30 to 5 p.m.
  • Thursday, April 18, from 10 to 11:30 a.m.
  • Tuesday, April 23, from 3:30 to 5 p.m.

All sessions will take place in Tomlinson Hall, Room 135.

This training session is for faculty members leading study abroad programs and individuals in a leadership or assistant role for a CWRU study abroad program.

The session will benefit both those who have led study abroad programs for years and those planning to lead a course for the first time.
