Take a midday break with meditation this fall; classes start next week

Reduce stress and improve focus and concentration through meditation classes. The ÐÓ°ÉÊÓÆµ Wellness Program is offering two meditation classes, which start next week. The introductory Meditation 1.0 class is a four-week course, which will take place Mondays starting on Sept. 21 at 12:30 p.m. in Nord Hall, Room 356. Advanced registration is required. Meditation 2.0, which is for those who are more experienced, also lasts four weeks and will take place on Wednesdays beginning Sept. 23 at 12:30 p.m. in the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel Community Studies Center, Room 108.
