The Student Information System (SIS) has experienced several issues resulting in unplanned outages since the beginning of the semester.
University Technology ([U]Tech) determined that each of the three events were centered around the SIS Mobile extended usage application, and a bug was detected in the SIS system procured from the vendor. [U]Tech is working to evaluate any problems and develop solutions as soon as possible.
