The ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ Office Research and Technology Management (ORTM) Agreements Team is responsible for the drafting, review and negotiation of material transfer agreements (MTAs), biospecimen transfer agreements (BTAs) and data use agreements (DUAs). All MTAs, BTAs and DUAs require signature by an authorized signatory for CWRU through the PASA Agreements Team review process.
