Located at ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ, the Electronics Design Center (EDC) functions as a research and cost center dedicated to advancing electrodeposition methods for nano-electronics, batteries, sensors and electrometallurgy. This facility provides microfabrication services, leveraging thin film and thick film techniques; lithography tools; and clean room spaces. The EDC enhances research efforts by granting access, training, and providing expert advice on fabrication processes and services. It serves both university researchers and external organizations seeking research and development assistance. The center is outfitted with equipment for photolithography, thin film deposition (for metals and dielectrics), thick film printing and dicing. It is situated in the basement of the Bingham Building on the university's main quad and includes three cleanrooms, along with additional characterization and cutting tools available nearby.
